Website Usage Terms and Conditions (including Disclaimers)

The “Website” is owned and operated by Cars By County Limited (“the Company”) and the expressions “we” and “us” and “our” mean the Company whose registered office is Ryefield Court, 81 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, Middlesex HA4 1LL. Our company registration number is 7674489 registered in England and Wales.

These are the Website terms and conditions (the "Conditions"), which apply to the use of the Website by you, the end user. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Conditions.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Conditions, you must immediately cease to use the Website.

1. You agree not to:

(i) use the Website (or any part of it) for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws;

6. Subject to Condition 13, the Website is provided, on an "as is" and "as and when available" basis without any representation or endorsement. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability in relation to the Website, its content or any vehicles, products or services offered on the Website or to any website to which it may be linked and this includes without limitation the accuracy of advert descriptions, veracity of images and photographs, ownership verification, or a vehicle’s fitness for purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Subject to Condition 13, we make no warranties that the Website, its content or any services offered via the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server which makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or are fully functional, accurate, or reliable. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

21. If any part of these Conditions is found to be invalid by any court or other regulatory or competent body, the invalidity will not affect the rest of the Conditions, which shall remain in force.
